Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management - Engineering & Technology to lead major capital projects across France, Benelux, and Nordics. You will deliver projects from concept to handover, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.

Ideal candidates have extensive engineering project management experience, a track record on multi-million euro projects, and strong governance, cost, and risk acumen within manufacturing and logistics

Qualifications

• Significant experience in engineering project management and/or site engineering leadership.
• Delivered complex capital projects, ideally valued at more than €10 million.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners.
• Strong programme, cost, and risk management capability.
• Experience ideally from a similar industry.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and delivery of engineering and technology projects, up to €50 million.
• Build business cases with stakeholders and develop robust technical solutions.
• Create project schedules, risk assessments, and governance structures.
• Coordinate design, engineering, supplier, and contractor teams.
• Drive risk management and change control across projects.
• Handover from concept to operations with local teams.
