Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of project engineers in Charenton-le-Pont. The role focuses on delivering engineering deliverables, coordinating with multiple disciplines, and managing budgets, schedules, and resources.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in engineering with strong technical background and significant construction experience, including exposure to Air Liquide technologies.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Master) required.
• Good technical background and construction experience.
• 5+ years in engineering, including at least 1 year with Air Liquide Technology engineering.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Project Engineering team and ensure delivery of engineering deliverables.
• Define organization, processes and methods; ensure quality and compliance.
• Manage workload, resources and training; monitor KPIs and productivity.
• Represent the discipline to management, clients, vendors and projects; identify vendors and subcontractors.
