• Minimum 15 years of engineering and CAPEX project management experience in pharma/biotech.
• Experience in GMP environments and regulatory inspections.
• Excellent command of English and French, spoken and written.
• Experience delivering complex greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making in constraint-driven environments.
• Strong cross-functional influencing skills and multidisciplinary team leadership.
• Results-oriented with prioritization skills in a dynamic context.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the site CAPEX strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Structure and challenge business cases and investment decisions.
• Ensure project delivery in compliance with cost, schedule, and GMP requirements.
• Implement robust project governance with performance indicators and executive reporting.
• Oversee engineering activities (process, utilities, infrastructure) and ensure design alignment with operations.
• Interface with manufacturing, QA, CQV, and MSAT to coordinate delivery.
• Prepare for GMP inspections and manage regulatory interactions.
