Jobtailor in Paris, France seeks a senior electrical engineering leader to oversee power and low-voltage systems within owner’s engineering projects. You will manage a team of engineers, technicians and designers from design through execution, driving performance reviews and workloads while shaping department structure.

The role requires a 10+ year track record in engineering or management, strong English (B2), and hands-on proficiency with CANECO and BIM modeling.

Qualifications

Engineering degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years' experience in engineering, project management or an engineering consultancy on CFO/CFA assignments.
Previous management experience or strong managerial potential.
Excellent interpersonal, written communication and organizational skills.
Curiosity, autonomy, rigor and open-mindedness.
Good command of English (B2).
Knowledge of fire safety systems (SSI), ERP regulations for public buildings, lifting equipment and security systems.
Proficiency with CANECO, DIALux or equivalent software.

Responsabilités

Lead a team of electrical engineers and designers focused on power and low-voltage systems (CFO/CFA).
Work on owner's engineering and technical assignments from design through project execution.
Supervise, motivate and support a team of 4 engineers, technicians, designers.
Conduct annual performance reviews, organize workloads and support development of the department.
Oversee production of drawings, schematics and BIM models in coordination with designers.
Serve as the technical point of contact for electrical matters.
