Danone Evian facility seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to lead capital projects, oversee safety, quality, and performance, and align with plant leadership on strategic objectives. You will own technical execution, timeline management, and financial oversight for capital programs.

You will guide cross-functional teams, build engineering capabilities, and drive standards while managing CAPEX forecasting and procurement coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Science or relevant degree from an accredited College or University.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in engineering roles, with leadership experience.
• 5 years of relevant Engineering experience required, preferably in CPG beverage/food manufacturing.
• Previous people management experience required.
• Experience in integrated automation, controls technology and packaging systems.

Responsabilités

• Project execution for processing, packaging, building and utility projects.
• Lead cross functional plant leadership alignment on project priorities.
• Create technical specifications, budgets and project justifications.
• Manage plant CAPEX budget, forecast and capital planning.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and tender processes.
• Collaborate with regional engineering and procurement teams on bids.
• Develop and implement Danone standards and engineering best practices.
• Serve as technical and leadership resource for initiatives.
• Build capabilities within the engineering team and mentor staff.
• Travel for project execution where required.
• Contribute to site masterplan development with cross-functional input.
• Oversee asset management and utility system reliability.
