Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management - Engineering & Technology to lead major capital projects across France, Benelux, and Nordics. You will deliver projects from concept to handover, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.
Ideal candidates have extensive engineering project management experience, a track record on multi-million euro projects, and strong governance, cost, and risk acumen within manufacturing and logistics

As a Senior Manager, you'll lead the development and delivery of engineering and technology projects, typically managing individual projects valued up to €50 million. Your focus will include:
You'll also contribute to the development of equipment specifications and standards within a nominated area, such as:
You'll help identify innovative and effective technologies that support safe, efficient, and sustainable operations.
You'll work closely with suppliers and equipment manufacturers to develop long-term, cost-effective solutions that deliver value across the full operational lifecycle.
The majority of your work will be within your home Business Unit, with opportunities to support projects across other FBN locations. This role offers exposure to a broad range of technologies, sites, and stakeholders across our network.
