Antal International is seeking an Engineering & Capital Projects Manager for a strategic manufacturing site in Northern France. You will lead the Engineering Department and oversee the site's capital investment program to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

This leadership role drives HSE compliance, cross-functional collaboration, and performance improvements across a multinational site. Fluent French and English are required for success.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in a related discipline.
• 7–10 years managing industrial engineering and capital investment projects.
• Experience leading engineering or project teams in manufacturing.
• Strong CAPEX project management across full lifecycle.
• Experience in food, biotech, pharma, chemical, or process manufacturing.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop an Engineering & Capital Projects team of 15–20 people.
• Lead execution of industrial investment projects from concept through commissioning.
• Review engineering studies, specifications, and regulatory compliance.
• Integrate Health, Safety & Environment into all project activities.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Automation, Quality, HSE, R&D, Supply Chain, and global teams.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, contractor performance, and risk.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering standards and performance.
