Databricks seeks a seasoned Solutions Architect (EDW Migrations) to lead migration strategies and drive adoption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform across EMEA. You will partner with leadership, product, and account teams to design approaches, create assets, and enable field teams to deliver successful migrations.

Expect to work with data engineers and executives, develop technical guides, and mentor a growing community of SAs and SSAs while bridging field insights with product

Qualifications

• 8+ years of customer-facing experience in pre-sales, architecture, or consulting roles influencing technical executives.

Responsabilités

• Design and drive migration strategies for large-scale EDW migrations to Databricks platform.
• Develop scalable migration processes and technical guides for field teams.
• Act as tier-3 escalation point for complex migrations in must-win accounts across EMEA.
• Mentor and scale regional Solution Architects and Specialist SAs across EMEA.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to feedback field insights.
