Hager Group is seeking an Operations Engineer Senior to join the Information Technology & AI department in Paris or Obernai. You will ensure the smooth operation, support and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM across 17 markets, coordinating with developers, SAP experts and support teams.

You will analyse incidents, drive resolutions end-to-end and contribute to ongoing platform stability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in IT or Information Systems.
• 5–10 years of proven experience in support, maintenance or operation of enterprise applications.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM users' needs.
• Proficiency with incident management and development lifecycle tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of SAP environments and integrations with Dynamics 365 would be a strong asset.
• Strong analytical, communication and prioritisation skills; English at professional level.

Responsabilités

• Provide Level 2 application support and diagnose incidents affecting Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Qualify, prioritise and coordinate user requests across markets.
• End-to-end incident management through to service restoration, involving cross-functional teams.
• Analyse flows between Dynamics 365, SAP and other Group applications to identify bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Level 1 support, Product Owners and developers to deliver solutions.
• Contribute to root-cause analysis and preventive actions for platform stability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and improve support processes and documentation.
