Hager Group is seeking a Digital Application Engineer / Software Deployment Manager to own the deployment of Hagercad across France, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Africa. You will report to the Go To Market & Analytics Manager in Obernai on a permanent contract.

You will interface with markets to translate field needs into actionable requirements, coordinate launches, organize field testing, and develop training materials to promote adoption of the software across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Requires higher technical education in engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years in a technical, industrial or digital environment with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to translate field requirements into actions.

Responsabilités

• Act as the main interface with Hager teams across markets and translate needs into actionable requirements for Product & Software teams.
• Facilitate regular exchanges with teams in France, the UK, Ireland and Africa through workshops and coordination.
• Drive market launches of new Hagercad releases by preparing materials, release notes and deployment plans.
• Organise field testing with local markets, analyse feedback and identify product improvements.
• Develop training materials and support local teams to promote adoption of the software.
• Coordinate incidents and enhancement requests between markets and software teams until resolution.
