Hager Group is seeking an Operations Engineer Senior to join the Information Technology & AI department in a permanent role based in Paris or Obernai, France. You will oversee the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform and coordinate incident resolution across multiple markets.

The role emphasizes collaboration with CRM developers, SAP experts and cross-functional teams, with a focus on service restoration and platform stability through continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in IT, Information Systems or related field.
• 5 to 10 years of proven experience in support, maintenance or operation of enterprise applications.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and strong understanding of CRM users' challenges.
• Proficiency with incident management and development lifecycle tools (Jira, Azure DevOps or equivalent) and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Incident Management and Problem Management processes in complex application environments.
• Good understanding of SAP environments, interfaces and data exchanges; experience with Dynamics 365 / SAP integrations is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, coordination and prioritisation skills, with professional English (min B2).

Responsabilités

• Provide Level 2 application support and diagnose incidents affecting Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Qualify and prioritise user requests across markets and CRM representatives.
• Manage incidents end-to-end to service restoration; coordinate developers, SAP experts, or external providers as needed.
• Analyse flows and interfaces between Dynamics 365, SAP and other Group applications for malfunctions or bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Level 1 support, Product Owners, CRM developers and technical experts to deliver solutions.
• Identify frequent or high-impact incidents and contribute to root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to improving support processes and documentation.
