Job summary

Comcast's FreeWheel unit in Paris seeks a Senior Media Sales Executive to prospect, sell and expand a portfolio of agencies and advertisers for TV/CTV and online video. You will own revenue targets, lead negotiations and build executive client relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in media sales, a strong network in holding groups, and fluency in French and English. Expect field-based duties with travel within France and Europe to drive growth and market intelligence.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of media sales experience in an ad sales house (régie), publisher, ad tech or video platform – ideally in TV, CTV or online video.
• Proven track record of owning a book of business and meeting revenue targets.
• Established network within at least one major holding group and/or with advertiser marketing/media teams in France.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow an assigned portfolio of agencies and/or advertisers; deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Spend most of your time with clients; run workshops and client events.
• Map accounts and lead annual negotiations and partnership discussions.
• Proactively prospect new advertisers and agency teams; engage brands directly with tailored proposals.
• Answer RFPs and briefs with customised proposals; coordinate with sales planning and programmatic teams.
• Set up and manage PMP/programmatic deals; resolve delivery issues with internal teams.
• Maintain up-to-date customer and prospect records and contribute to forecasts.
• Deliver reliable weekly forecasts and report to leadership.
• Share market feedback to shape products, pricing and partnerships.
• Collaborate across markets on cross-border opportunities.
• Travel within France and Europe as needed.
