Job summary

Comcast Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Media Sales professional to expand and manage a portfolio of agencies and advertisers across France and Europe. The role emphasizes field-based client engagement, strategic account planning, and direct brand outreach to drive revenue growth.

You will lead negotiations, coordinate with programmatic and ad ops teams, and participate in cross-border opportunities while maintaining a robust pipeline and forecasting discipline.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of media sales experience with a proven revenue track record.
• Established network within a major holding group and advertisers in France.
• Field-driven approach with ability to run high-frequency client meetings.
• Strong knowledge of TV/CTV and online video buying and a solid programmatic understanding.
• Fluent French and professional English for internal and international reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow an assigned portfolio of agencies and/or advertisers; meet revenue targets.
• Maintain a strong field presence with regular face-to-face meetings and client events.
• Map accounts, build plans, and lead negotiations and partnerships.
• Prospect new advertisers and agency teams; engage brands directly with proposals.
• Prepare responses to RFPs with cross-functional teams; manage programmatic deals.
• Set up and monitor PMP, programmatic guaranteed, and IO deals; resolve delivery issues.
• Forecast and report weekly; share market intelligence to shape pricing and partnerships.
• Collaborate across markets on cross-border and multi-market opportunities.
