AbbVie France is seeking a Senior Data Science Project Lead & Analyst to drive data-driven decisions across departments. You will lead analytical initiatives, validate models, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports.

The role requires strong experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and ML, with excellent communication to non-technical stakeholders. Hybrid work in Boulogne-Billancourt is offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar
• Experience in pharmaceutical/commercial analytics is required
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong data mining and statistical application experience in a business context
• Ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions

Responsabilités

• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends with cross-functional input
• Analyze outputs of predictive models to improve business performance
• Validate inputs to optimize models using ML techniques
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and automate reporting
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to translate requirements
• Lead and mentor junior analysts in data analysis tasks
