Job summary

Ipsen, a global biopharmaceutical company, seeks a Data & AI Project Lead in Paris/London. The role drives end-to-end Data, Analytics and AI initiatives across multiple business domains, coordinating sponsors, IT, and external partners to achieve value and adoption.

You will define scoping, governance and delivery plans, ensuring compliance, budget discipline and clear stakeholder communication. English proficiency required; French would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project or program management delivering Data, Analytics, BI or AI initiatives.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects with business, data and technology stakeholders.
• Ability to structure projects from demand and scoping through delivery, adoption and handover.
• Strong governance, budgeting, risk management and executive reporting skills.
• Experience managing external partners, consultancies or technology service providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Data, Analytics and AI projects across domains.
• Structure scope, governance, delivery plans, resources and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including data, analytics, engineering and security.
• Track progress, risks, issues, dependencies and budget.
• Ensure requirements translate into valuable Data & AI solutions and drive adoption.
