Job summary

Qualifications

- Experience in pharmaceutical/commercial analytics is required
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong data mining and statistical application experience in a business context

- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns in close collaboration with the Data Scientist
- Perform advanced analysis on complex datasets to identify trends and patterns that impact business outcomes
- Analyze the output of predictive models to optimize business performance.
- Validate and identify inputs to optimize models using machine learning techniques to ensure accuracy and performance.
- Generate and synthesize insights to feed business and/or address business needs for analytics needs and provide actionable insights.
- Supervise and support junior team members in conducting data analyses.
- Support continuous improvement efforts in data collection, analysis, and reporting within the data analytics community and capitalize on best practices
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Present findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate data solutions into existing workflows.
- Know data management processes.
- Understand data pipelines and repositories.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning.
- Explore and evaluate new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
- Participate in the design and execution of pilot projects and proof-of-concepts.

- Use visualization tools to create intuitive and informative visualizations.
- Automate reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product management teams to understand their data
- Participate in meetings and discussions to share the results of the analysis and contribute to the development of effective business strategies.
- Contribute, on behalf of the affiliate, to the management of DS projects deployed by Europe or Global
- Ensure local/global coordination and coordinates local actors

- Analytical and problem-solving Skills:

- Master data visualization tools (e.g., CONTOUR, WORKSHOP, Power BI).
