Job summary

Keyrock is building a Central Data Platform to empower traders, wealth and asset management, and risk teams with real-time data and context. You will help shape data ingestion, governance, and analytics at scale.

You’ll design lakehouse and time-series layers, own contracts and schema evolution, and create self-serve tooling for data products. Remote-first culture with flexible hours and strong collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building production data systems.
• Strong Python and SQL; reason about engine behavior.
• Readable, testable code with good maintainability.
• Data modelling for streaming and analytical workloads.
• Emphasis on cost, quality, observability, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Build streaming and batch pipelines for market, trading, and portfolio data.
• Develop self-serve tooling (SDKs, templates, AI agents) for data products.
• Own data contracts and schema evolution to avoid multi-team churn.
• Design lakehouse and time-series layer around common query patterns.
• Create Data Governance and Data Quality Framework: validation, lineage, ownership.
• Develop cross-exchange analytics and portfolio views for various desks.
• Prioritize observability, cost, and performance from day one.
• Treat infrastructure as code (Docker, Terraform, CI/CD) with Central Infrastructure.
• Collaborate openly with Architecture, Infrastructure, Platform, and teams.
