Job summary

360Learning seeks an Analytics Engineer to bridge the data platform with business teams. You will build trusted datasets and KPIs, enabling self-service analytics across the organization. Collaborate with our Data Analysts and Engineers to improve data models and documentation, strengthening the data warehouse and empowering teams.

You will leverage Snowflake, Looker, and BI tooling to drive data-driven decisions and help scale analytics across 360Learning.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries.
• Hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools (Looker, Metabase, or Omni).
• Experience with modern data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake).
• Good working knowledge of Git and version control practices.
• dbt experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong interest in AI and analytics tools and their business applications.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and warehousing principles.
• Curiosity and problem-solving mindset; translate ambiguity into actionable steps.
• Comfortable communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English and French.
