Doctolib Tech is seeking a seasoned DataOps Engineer to maintain and evolve the Data Product Controller and Dagster orchestrator in a cloud-native environment. You will own automation via CI/CD and infrastructure as code, ensuring secure, reliable data products with strong ownership.

You will work with data engineers, data scientists, and product teams on monitoring, observability, and cost optimization while advancing platform scalability and developer experience.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years in DataOps or similar with proven data infra builds.
• Strong proficiency with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Crossplane.
• Expertise in Python and cloud infra, preferably GCP, with Terraform.
• Fluent in English.
• Familiarity with data governance and CI/CD for data workflows is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the Data Product Controller to automate data product management via CI/CD and IaC.
• Maintain the Data and AI Platform orchestrator (Dagster) enabling decentralised data product release pipelines.
• Monitor data platform performance and reliability and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide observability components for costs, data quality, and lineage insight.
• Monitor platform costs and collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to platform architecture, scalability, and developer experience.
