Doctolib is seeking a Senior DataOps Engineer to join the Data and AI Platform team in Paris. You will build and maintain a scalable platform enabling data product teams to develop, deploy and manage data products with full observability.

You will work with Kubernetes, Dagster, Terraform, and Python in a hybrid setup, focusing on reliability, cost awareness, and developer experience. Doctolib offers substantial health, vacation and mobility benefits.

Qualifications

• Have more than 5 years of experience as a DataOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in data engineering and infrastructure tools (Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Crossplane).
• Expertise in programming languages like Python.
• Are familiar with cloud infrastructure and services, preferably GCP, and have experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
• Have excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on bottlenecks and performance issues.
• Are fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the Data Product Controller to give stakeholders full responsibility for managing their data products in an automated way via CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
• Maintain the Data and AI Platform orchestrator (Dagster) to enable data product developers to orchestrate their data products in a decentralised way.
• Monitor the data platform for performance and reliability, identify and troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions.
• Offer observability components to empower developer teams with insight into costs, data quality, and data lineage.
• Monitor platform costs, identify optimisation opportunities, and collaborate with data engineers and data scientists.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of platform architecture, scalability, and developer experience across teams.
