Doctolib GmbH is seeking a Senior DataOps Engineer to join the Data and AI Platform team in Paris. You will manage scalable data products, automate data workflows, and ensure reliability across the data platform in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires 5+ years in DataOps with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Crossplane, Dagster, and Python expertise. Paris-based with hybrid work up to 2 remote days per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DataOps or similar role building and maintaining complex data infrastructures.
• Strong proficiency with data engineering and infrastructure tooling (Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Crossplane).
• Proficiency in Python and cloud infrastructure; experience with IaC tools like Terraform.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the Data Product Controller for automated data product management via CI/CD and IaC.
• Maintain the Data and AI Platform orchestrator (Dagster) for decentralised data product release workflows.
• Monitor platform performance and reliability and troubleshoot to ensure availability.
• Provide observability on costs, data quality, and data lineage for developer teams and data product users.
• Monitor costs and identify optimization opportunities in collaboration with engineers and stakeholders.
• Contribute to ongoing platform architecture improvements for scalability and developer experience.
