Supermicro is seeking a (Sr.) Project Manager to lead pre- and post-technical sales activities for onsite server rack installations. The role requires coordinating with Engineering, Sales and extended teams to ensure designs meet customer requirements and timelines.

Responsibilities include scope definition, proposals, procurement, production liaison, status reporting, and customer meetings. Strong communication, travel willingness, and data center deployment experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in project or program management with onsite data-center rack installations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with customers and suppliers.
• Willingness to travel heavily, domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with sales, FAE, and engineering on customer requirements and project scopes.
• Develop design proposals and delivery plans for onsite server rack installations.
• Manage procurement and logistics for materials and equipment.
• Oversee project schedules and provide status reports to stakeholders.
• Lead customer meetings to review timelines and deployment requirements.
• Ensure installation quality and adherence to standards, and document outcomes.
