Tata Consultancy Services France seeks a Transition Manager to lead end-to-end service transition across IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Application Support and SAP. You will own governance, planning, and execution across onsite/offshore teams and partners, ensuring readiness for steady-state operations and protecting business continuity.

The role demands 10+ years in IT delivery with six years in transitions, strong program management, and fluency in English (French preferred).

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT delivery with 6+ years leading transitions or transformations.
• AI proficiency is required.
• Proven track record transitioning multi-tower services with onsite/offshore delivery.
• Strong program and project management with governance experience.
• Experience in French and international environments; senior stakeholder engagement.
• ITIL-based transition, service acceptance, readiness assessments, knowledge management.
• RAID, milestones, quality gates, auditability, contractual compliance.
• Strong communication and multi-vendor coordination.
• Technical breadth across infrastructure, cloud, apps and SAP; SME engagement.
• ServiceNow, MS Project/Jira, Teams/Confluence; monitoring basics.
• Fluent English required; French strongly preferred for client-facing roles.
• Certifications: PMP/PRINCE2/SAFe/Scrum Master; AWS/Azure/GCP Associate; SAP certifications.

Responsabilités

• Initiation & due diligence: confirm scope, constraints, stakeholders, success criteria.
• Transition planning: build integrated plan with milestones, RACI, budget.
• Knowledge acquisition & documentation: drive transfer, update runbooks and CMDB.
• Process & tooling readiness: ensure ITIL processes and ServiceNow configuration.
• Service transition & cutover: plan go-live, access provisioning and hypercare.
• Service acceptance & stabilization: obtain sign-offs and baseline KPIs.
• Governance, reporting & stakeholder management: RAID, status, decisions to leadership.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners; manage communications.
