Infosys is seeking a Cutover Manager to lead the transition from legacy systems to new platforms. You will define the cutover strategy, develop and own a detailed runbook, and coordinate mock cutovers to ensure a smooth go-live and minimal business disruption.

You will direct the War Room during go-live, manage risks, and oversee hypercare and handover to production support, interfacing with IT, data migration, QA, and business teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Cutover Manager or Cutover Lead on large-scale enterprise system implementations.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, data migration dependencies, testing phases, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive stakeholders.
• Calm, decisive under pressure in high-stress environments.

Responsabilités

• Define the cutover strategy, downtime windows, data migration alignment, and business readiness criteria.
• Build and own the master Cutover Runbook with tasks, owners, and timelines.
• Plan and direct mock cutovers to test the runbook and refine durations.
• Develop fallback, contingency, and rollback plans for the cutover window.
• Lead the Command Center during go-live, coordinating IT, data migration, QA, and business teams.
• Act as the primary escalation point for defects or delays during cutover and drive rapid resolution.
• Oversee hypercare and handover of the system to production support.
