Industrious Ventures is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support ESA and EU-funded projects. You will work closely with programme managers to oversee the preparation of proposals and manage deadlines effectively.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering, science, or business, along with at least one year of relevant experience. Familiarity with ESA programmes is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a coordination, bid, proposal, project-support or institutional-affairs role.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to handle multiple bids and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the preparation of ESA and EU-funded proposals.
• Support relationships with national delegations and ESA contacts.
• Monitor ESA and EU programme activity and maintain a bid calendar.
• Manage logistics with ESA and consolidate inputs.
