Pennylane is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel, Contracts to join our Legal, Compliance & Risk team. You will act as a trusted partner across the company, drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial and operational agreements, from drafting through signature and post-signature follow-up.

You will help scale contracting processes, contribute to templates, playbooks, and legal operations, and support multiple teams across France and Europe in a fast‑growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in contract law, gained in a law firm or tech company.
• Experience with IP/IT, technology or SaaS contracts.

Responsabilités

• Draft and negotiate international contracts, primarily outside France, with focus on Germany.
• Manage contracts with strategic international suppliers.
• Maintain and improve contract templates with regulatory and product changes.
• Collaborate with Sales/Partnerships to streamline contracting processes.
