Job summary

Allianz Services in Paris seeks a Senior Consultant to support CIO Advisory initiatives, delivering IT strategy and organizational streamlining projects. You will advise on Generative AI adoption and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive IT-enabled transformation for Allianz Group clients.

The role requires 4+ years in insurance IT consultancy, strong analysis, and bilingual English/French communication. Hybrid work with up to three days remote offered.

Qualifications

• Operational insurance business / IT/digital transformation consultancy experience >4 years.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strategic thinking.
• Fluent in English and French; strong communication and stakeholder skills.
• Master degree or equivalent experience; proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engagements under guidance of an Engagement Manager to ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain client relationships as trusted advisor during transformation journeys.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic solutions for clients.
• Share insights with the Engagement Manager on potential opportunities for new projects.
• Contribute to Allianz Consulting internal initiatives.
