Job summary

Allianz Consulting France is seeking a highly motivated Consultant to join the CIO Advisory practice in Paris, supporting IT strategy and organizational streamlining projects for Allianz Group entities. The role involves advising on digital transformation, governance optimization, and delivery of IT and GenAI initiatives across the group.

The successful candidate will bring 2+ years in operational insurance IT consultancy, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English and French, with

Qualifications

• Operational insurance business and/or IT/digital transformation consultancy experience for more than 2 years.
• Initial experience in the delivery of IT projects within the insurance industry.
• Strong analytical skills and proactive approach in day-to-day activities.
• Demonstrate very good knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engagements under the guidance of an Allianz Consulting Engagement Manager or Principal Consultant, ensuring compliance with project timelines and deliverables.
• Support existing clients while contributing to the effective management of key accounts.
• Share ideas with the project lead regarding potential client needs that may lead to new project opportunities.
• Contribute to Allianz Consulting's internal initiatives.
