H is seeking a Legal Counsel to join our Legal team in Paris, focusing on Contracts & Commercial topics. Based in Paris, you will draft and negotiate contracts to enable deal making and revenue generation, and adapt contracts to evolving AI regulatory and data privacy rules.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across technical and business units to ensure legal and regulatory compliance in deploying AI technologies, advise on labor, corporate, competition law, and stay ahead of

Qualifications

• Master's degree in law; a bar admission; experience in a fast-growing environment.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a related technology or AI-focused environment involving contract negotiation.
• Good knowledge of data privacy and protection issues (GDPR and related frameworks), intellectual property, contract law and liability, regulatory and compliance.
• Soft skills: Communication, International Mindset, Adaptability, Autonomy.

Responsabilités

• Draft and provide strategic advice on a wide range of contracts, including AI-related service agreements.
• Negotiate such contracts with suppliers, partners, customers and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated on AI-related legal and regulatory developments and translate them into contract guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal and regulatory compliance in deploying AI technologies.
• Assist on other legal topics as needed (labor law, corporate, competition law, etc.).
