Amazon is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager to join the Global Financial Services team. You will drive customer cloud transformation, articulate business value, and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver measurable outcomes on AWS.

You will partner with senior executives to translate objectives into executable plans, manage complex programs, and coach customers through enterprise-scale migrations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of delivering technology initiatives, including 5+ years of customer-facing experience engaging with senior customer stakeholders (Director+ level)
• 3+ years of cloud computing experience
• Speak, read, and write fluently in English
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Responsabilités

• Accelerate customers' cloud adoption and drive value from cloud investments.
• Define and execute cloud transformation strategy with detailed roadmaps.
• Serve as trusted technical and business advisor to C-level and senior stakeholders.
• Lead collaborations across AWS teams, partners, and customers to unblock migrations and realize outcomes.
