Amazon AWS is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our Global Financial Services team to guide large financial institutions through cloud transformation, driving sustained business value.

As a trusted advisor, you will translate customer objectives into actionable plans, lead migrations at scale, and partner with AWS leaders, product and engineering teams to deliver industry-changing outcomes for C-level executives and project teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Analytics/Math/Statistics/IT or equivalent.
12+ years of delivering technology initiatives, including 5+ years of customer-facing experience engaging with senior stakeholders (Director+ level).
3+ years of cloud computing experience.
PMP or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification.
Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Collaborate with AWS leadership, product, and engineering teams to translate customer needs into actionable plans.
Build relationships with stakeholders to gain buy-in and execute on cloud adoption strategies.
