Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to join the Global Financial Services team in Île-de-France. You will guide large financial institutions through cloud transformation, align business goals with technical roadmaps, and drive sustained value for customers.

As a trusted advisor, you will influence senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and shape strategic initiatives that realize measurable outcomes on AWS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• 12+ years of experience delivering technology initiatives, including 5+ years of customer-facing experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
• 3+ years of cloud computing experience.
• PMP or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification.
