Wolters Kluwer, within the CP & ESG division, seeks a Director for SaaS Migration Program Execution to govern the transition of legacy deployments to the strategic cloud platform. You will coordinate commercial and technical migrations, drive governance, and align cross-functional teams across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Cloud Operations, Legal, Finance and Product.

The role requires a highly hands-on leader capable of scaling migrations, managing complex customer situations,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business or related field.
10+ years leading large-scale transformation and cloud migration programs.
Experience managing complex enterprise customer implementations.
Strong program management, stakeholder management, and executive communication.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation.

Responsabilités

Own the global SaaS migration portfolio and consolidate opportunities across geographies.
Translate migration strategy into executable annual/quarterly plans and waves.
Prioritise customers and cohorts based on readiness, complexity and opportunity.
Lead the Migration Execution Office coordinating Sales, Customer Success, PS, Cloud Ops, Legal, Finance and Product.
Oversee end-to-end migration for on-premise customers (commercial and technical).
Lead commercial migrations for existing cloud customers and align with renewals, expansions and cross-sell.
