Energy Jobline ATTB is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer; Utilities to support the Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP), a landmark design-build program in the US. The role focuses on water, sewer, drainage, gas, power, telecom utilities, and field construction support in a hybrid project-office setting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's (and likely Masters) in civil engineering, a PE license in NJ or NY, 10+ years of experience with utility infrastructure, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required (Masters preferred).
• PE license in New Jersey or New York is required.
• 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience focusing on utility infrastructure and construction-phase support.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to field teams and lead resolution of utility and civil construction issues.
• Review and validate designs against field conditions, constructability, and project constraints.
• Coordinate with contractors, Amtrak, utility owners, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve conflicts.
