Job summary

Energy Jobline ATTB is seeking a Civil Project Manager to lead multiple heavy civil construction programs in New Jersey. You will oversee project engineers, superintendents, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Candidates should have a Civil Engineering/Construction Management background with 5–10+ years of PM experience on infrastructure/public works, a solid grasp of contracts, scheduling, cost control, and risk mitigation, and the ability to travel to project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience within heavy civil construction, infrastructure, roadway, utility, site development, or public works projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects ranging from $5M to $100M+ in value.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, project controls, scheduling, cost management, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple civil construction projects from pre-construction through final closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee Project Engineers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and field teams to drive project performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, design consultants, municipal agencies, and project stakeholders.
• Review and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and procurement agreements.
