Wiz, Inc. is seeking a (Senior) Business Value Consultant to articulate and spread the impact of Wiz in driving transformative business outcomes. You will translate complex technical solutions into compelling value propositions and represent the blend of commercial execution with long-term strategic thinking.

You will lead value-driven engagements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help customers realize measurable business value while supporting ongoing strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in management consulting, value consulting, or relevant roles with a focus on transformation.
• Experience with quantitative analysis and financial modeling including ROI, IRR, NPV, and payback concepts.
• Familiarity with enterprise cloud economics and data management concepts.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners across sales, pricing and other key teams.
• Fluency in French and ability to travel up to 20%+ as needed.

Responsibilities

• Value Selling: create high-quality deliverables that document the business case and ROI analyses.
• Orchestration: lead discovery sessions to understand customers' challenges and future capabilities.
• Sales Partnership: define account strategies with sales and identify opportunities based on value creation.
• Customer Success: guide customers through strategic alignment to realized value.
• Deal Negotiation: assist in proposals and deal structures with senior sales leadership.
• Thought Leadership: provide training and advisory support to sales teams throughout the cycle.
