Job summary

Ipsen Pharma (SAS) is seeking a Business Analyst for R&D and Medical IT to support the delivery of compliant digital solutions. The role gathers requirements, analyzes business processes, and collaborates with IT teams to ensure quality, security and regulatory compliance.

Location: Paris or England, Hybrid working arrangement. The analyst will work with teams across R&D, Medical and IT, producing detailed documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria while assisting with testing,

Qualifications

3 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role supporting business and technology initiatives.
Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders across functions.
Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

Support discovery workshops and interviews to capture business needs and requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand challenges, objectives, risks and success metrics.
Document and maintain business, functional and data requirements, plus process maps and use cases.
Produce deliverables including BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and traceability matrices.
Facilitate collaboration between business and IT, vendors and SMEs.
Support solution evaluations by documenting needs and contributing to recommendations.
Analyze current and future processes to identify improvement opportunities and automation.
