MSD seeks a Senior Business Analyst – Automation, Analytics & AI to operate at country level within GCTO RRO, driving automation, analytics and AI initiatives that improve clinical trial operations’ efficiency, quality and compliance. You will translate business needs into specs, build business cases, and lead end-to-end delivery of country tools and dashboards.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, CS, engineering or related field.
5+ years in data analytics, process improvement, digital transformation or tech-driven projects in life sciences/regulatory industry.
Proven track record delivering automation, analytics or AI-enabled solutions with measurable impact.
Experience managing projects and cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix environment.
International/regional project exposure is a plus.
Understanding of clinical trial operations, healthcare regulations and data privacy preferred.
Strong BA and process mapping skills (requirements gathering, analysis, documentation).
Experience with Power BI or Tableau and basic data querying.
Familiarity with automation technologies and AI/ML applications.
PM skills with Agile/Lean.
