Job summary

Merck is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Automation, Analytics & AI to lead country-level automation initiatives, from intake to delivery, and to build scalable solutions across regions. The role emphasizes KPI-driven impact, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will design dashboards, coordinate with ROE, RRO, and regional teams, and manage life cycle of analytics and automation projects in a regulated life sciences environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business analytics, computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & intake: surface priority pain points and high-value opportunities for automation, analytics, and AI.
• Solution design & delivery: lead end-to-end delivery of country-level tools and solutions (dashboards, RPA, AI-assisted processes).
• Data, analytics & reporting: develop analytics and visualization to drive data-informed decisions.
• Governance, compliance & change: ensure compliance with ICH GCP and local regulations; support governance processes.
