IDEMIA Public Security in Courbevoie, France, seeks an experienced Bid Manager to lead major bids, coordinate the full lifecycle, and define bid strategy with the Sales Manager. You will align inputs from Operations, Procurement, and Tender Desk to deliver competitive proposals.

Qualifications include 8+ years in bids, an engineering degree (Masters preferred), and fluency in French and English. Willingness to travel internationally is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Engineering background mandatory with a master’s degree preferred.
• At least 4 years as a Project Manager delivering complex technology bids.
• Proven bid-management experience and ability to produce structured proposals.
• Strong solution framing and architectural vision, esp. biometric solutions.
• Solid understanding of cash flow, revenue, costs and gross margin.
• Willingness to support international business development.
• Experience leading multicultural teams.
• Excellent conflict and stakeholder management; strong writing abilities.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish a plus.
• Availability for international travel ~1 year.

Responsabilités

• Lead major bids and ensure timely RFI/RFP responses.
• Coordinate submission activities across the bid lifecycle.
• Define bid strategy with Sales Manager.
• Coordinate contributions from Operations, Procurement, Tender Desk.
• Integrate inputs from Tax, Legal, Export Control, Ethics Committee.
• Develop pricing models and financial projections.
• Participate in proposal presentations to customers.
• Provide regular reporting.
• Manage relationships with partners and subcontractors.
• Draft and consolidate proposal content to protect company interests.
• Support international business development activities.
• Identify customer needs and co-build tailored solutions.
• Prepare preliminary budget estimations.
