AJ Group is partnering exclusively with a leading global CDMO to appoint a Senior Business Development Executive covering France and Belgium. This senior, new-business-focused commercial role targets an experienced CDMO sales professional with a strong understanding of drug product manufacturing and an established network across pharmaceutical and biotech organisations.

This hunter role drives opportunities across France and Belgium, with focus on sterile fill-finish and complex drug product

Qualifications

• Proven BD experience in CDMO/CMO environments.
• Experience selling drug product manufacturing and/or sterile fill-finish services.
• Strong network in pharma/biotech across France and Belgium.
• Ability to manage complex, technical B2B sales cycles.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a territory business development strategy with a strong pipeline.
• Establish relationships with senior decision-makers and move opportunities from engagement to close.
• Collaborate with technical, operations and commercial teams; represent the business at conferences.
