Qonto is seeking a Head of AML to lead and optimize AML operations across 8 markets. The successful candidate will manage a team of Team Leads, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with regulatory standards while delivering a high level of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong AML/compliance expertise and the ability to operationalise it at scale.
• Experience managing at least 4 or 5 direct reports in a high-volume operational environment.
• High ownership and proactivity with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to bring clarity and prioritisation in fast-moving teams.
• Confident in stakeholder management.
