Qonto is seeking a Senior Product Designer for the AI Lab to design AI agents end-to-end — from discovery to delivery — and accelerate the AI roadmap alongside a team of engineers, a Product Designer, a PM, and a PMM building on top of a leading in-house agent platform.

You will design end-to-end experiences for AI agents, run user research, prototype, and define interaction patterns that are transparent and safe, in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Senior product design experience building products from scratch in fast-moving environments.
• Strong problem-solving and product thinking that connect user needs with business impact.
• Excellent communication and facilitation with cross-functional teams.
• High curiosity for AI and comfort with uncertainty and rapid iteration.
• Hands-on craft: prototyping and documenting decisions, sweating the details when it matters.

Responsabilités

• Design end-to-end experiences for AI agents across Qonto.
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear product flows through discovery, prototyping and iteration.
• Run user research and translate insights into actionable design decisions.
• Partner daily with engineers and product to ship quickly while keeping quality high.
• Define interaction patterns for AI that are transparent and safe.
