Qonto is seeking an Analytics Engineer to own end-to-end data models feeding Product, Growth and Ops Finance analytics. You will design scalable dbt models, implement tests, and push back on requests that compromise reliability.

You will partner daily with Business Analysts and Analysts Engineers, migrate towards Omni and a semantic layer, and use AI to speed up modeling, documentation, and testing while keeping judgment in your hands.

Qualifications

• Analytics engineering fundamentals — dbt and SQL, dimensional modeling, dashboards built on production data.
• Ability to push back on stakeholder requests that would harm data quality.
• Designed models that scale and survive long-term use.

Responsabilités

• Build data models trusted by business analytics teams and ship dbt models and tests.
• Partner with Business Analysts to understand needs and avoid quick fixes.
• Reduce technical debt by migrating data stack to a scalable setup.
• Own projects end-to-end from discovery through delivery and follow-up.
• Scale workflows with AI to speed up documentation, testing, and modeling.
