Qonto is building an AI-first product with an autumn of AI agents. You will own backend and AI logic end-to-end, shipping a new agent every six weeks and ensuring scalability in a regulated banking environment. You’ll collaborate with Sophie, and the AI Lab to push the frontier of fintech AI.

You’ll work in a Python-first stack with Cursor, Claude Code, and LangChain, while occasionally contributing to the frontend when needed to unblock the squad.

Qualifications

• Production Python experience and fast delivery cadence.
• Go/RoR knowledge helps integration with core services.
• Product-driven, user-centric environment experience preferred.
• Willingness to experiment with AI and ship features.
• Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in cross-functional squads.

Responsabilités

• Ship a new AI agent every 6 weeks covering backend and AI logic.
• Architect guardrails and scalable components for a regulated banking context.
• Leverage AI coding tools daily to accelerate development.
• Contribute to frontend when needed to keep squads unblocked.
