WeWard SAS, a Paris-based company, is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to own the backend of our affiliation platform, integrating partner networks and ensuring trustworthy tracking. You will work with product, data, and customer success to optimize revenue and user experience within a global rewards ecosystem.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in backend roles, strong Python, and hands-on experience with affiliate networks, PostgreSQL, and API integrations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of backend experience in a consumer product at scale.
• Proven experience in affiliation or cashback industry.
• Strong Python background and production-grade systems.

Responsabilités

• Own the backend of the affiliation platform (partner catalogue, offers, rewards, tracking).
• Integrate and maintain affiliate networks and providers with feeds and postbacks.
• Ensure end‑to‑end trustworthy tracking and accurate reward computation.
