WeWard in Paris and New York is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to own AI-powered product initiatives. You’ll design, build and launch scalable mobile apps from scratch and shape the architectural foundations of this new venture.

You'll collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs and AI APIs, prototype quickly and ship MVPs to production, balancing speed with quality in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with backend focus and scalable architectures.
• Built AI-powered applications and leveraged AI tools to accelerate development speed.
• Proficient with Python on the backend, AWS ecosystem familiarity, and React Native end-to-end.

Responsabilités

• Design, build and launch scalable mobile applications from scratch with AI.
• Own the technical architecture from MVP to production-ready products.
• Develop backend services and frontend components required to ship new products.
• Integrate LLMs, AI APIs and intelligent agents for great UX.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery.
• Prototype, test and iterate quickly based on user feedback.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and founders to turn ideas into products.
• Make technical choices aligned with existing stack for maintainability.
• Define long-term technical foundations for WeWard's new products.
