Jobtailor is seeking a senior SRE/Platform Engineer to harden and operate large-scale systems across global teams. You will own post-go-live reliability, perform incident analysis, and drive operational improvements with engineers and product teams.

The role emphasizes proactive monitoring, security review, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure high availability and performance in a distributed environment.

Responsabilités

• Hardens platforms or products pre- and post-go live by reviewing design, security and implementation.
• Monitors availability, performance and health of platforms after go-live.
• Releases support during incidents to meet SLAs.
• Performs root cause and post-mortem analyses.
• Collaborates with development and product teams to improve operations.
• Supports Change Advisory Board readiness and automated smoke tests for releases.
• Provides technical expertise to stakeholders as needed.
• Leads improvements in SRE across teams with the SRE manager.
• Mentors teams in monitoring, deployment and cloud tooling.
• Engages with product development to ensure proactive support.
