Infrassocs in Paris is seeking a Senior Associate to work across the full investment lifecycle, from origination to portfolio management, within a lean deal team.

You will lead workstreams on pan-European infrastructure and energy transactions, build robust financial models, and prepare IC materials for investment decisions. Candidates should have 4+ years in infra investment or M&A, strong modelling skills, English fluency, and a collaborative, high-performance mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in infrastructure investment or investment banking M&A.
• Strong financial modelling and transaction execution experience.
• Interest in value-add infrastructure investing.
• Comfortable in a rigorous, high-performance team environment.
• English fluency required; French not essential. Additional European languages are advantageous.

We are partnering with a leading European mid-market infrastructure private equity platform to appoint a Senior Associate within its Paris based investment team.

With a long standing presence across pan-European infrastructure investing and continued fundraising momentum, the platform is expanding to support an active deal pipeline. Widely regarded as one of Europe’s leading mid-market infrastructure investors, the firm is known for its forward-thinking approach, often backing subsectors and businesses beyond traditional infrastructure mandates.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Associate, you will work across the full investment lifecycle, from origination and execution through to portfolio management. You will operate as part of a lean deal team, taking responsibility for key transaction workstreams and contributing directly to investment decision-making. The role offers strong exposure to pan-European transactions and increasing autonomy within an established platform.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile
