La Caisse in Paris seeks a finance-focused professional to support private equity infrastructure investments in Europe. You will analyze opportunities, build models, assist due diligence, and draft investment memos while engaging with stakeholders across the deal lifecycle.

The role offers exposure to large-scale infrastructure projects and requires strong financial analysis, Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, and bilingual French-English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or engineering.
• Master’s degree in finance or engineering (MBA, MSC, etc.), an asset.
• Up to three (3) years of full‑time experience in investment banking, private equity or infrastructure.
• Recent university graduates with relevant internship experience will also be considered.
• Excellent abilities in financial analysis and modelling.
• In‑depth knowledge of and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with sectors within infrastructure (transport, ports, airports, energy, renewables, telecoms, etc.), an asset.
• Mastery of French and English, both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Participate actively in the analysis of investment opportunities.
• Develop and review detailed financial models and highlight key points of the investment thesis.
• Provide advice on valuations of potential investments using DCF, multiples and other methods.
• Support coordination of due diligence processes with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead the drafting of investment committee memos for new opportunities.
• Assist senior colleagues in negotiations of transaction agreements and shareholding structures.
• Prepare internal and external reports on portfolio companies.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments affecting infrastructure investments.
